Established in the United Arab Emirates
R&A Urethane is established in the UAE, opening access to Free Zone logistics and the region's manufacturer network.

MAY 2017
Kuwait head office launched
The Kuwait headquarters opens in Hawally, anchoring the group's regional operations and the steel division.

2017–2020
Division build-out
Six specialist divisions take shape — polyurethane systems in Dubai, steel in Kuwait, plus MEP, construction materials, machinery and specialty chemicals.

2018–2022
Manufacturer network growth
Tier-one representation grows to include Dow, Covestro, SABIC, LG Chem, Sadara, Nippon Steel and specialist system and machinery partners.

RAKEZ manufacturing entity
R&A Urethane FZ-LLC adds manufacturing and repackaging capability in the RAKEZ economic zone, deepening in-region value-add.
