🎹 Student Recitals

Biannual student recitals are scheduled in December and June each year. All Core and Adult Program students are invited to perform in a supportive, celebratory setting that builds real-world stage confidence.

📜 Royal Conservatory Exams (RCM)

NTPPA is a Royal Conservatory of Music examination centre. RCM exams are held several times a year at the academy and are proctored by an independent RCM examiner. Students receive a grade, a certificate, and written feedback — credentials recognised nationally and internationally.

🎓 College Preparation

Piano college preparation is offered for students preparing for college-level music study. RCM exam results serve as a strong track record for college and university applications.

🏆 Competitions

Faculty prepare students for music competitions at local, state, and national levels. Past NTPPA students have performed at Carnegie Hall and won prizes at competitions including the Red Maple Music Competition.

🎭 Faculty Recitals

Faculty recitals are held each fall and spring and are open to all students and families. These events inspire students, demonstrate professional standards, and create a rich musical community at NTPPA.

🌍 Outreach

NTPPA students perform at outreach events, including regular performances at Discovery Village and other community venues, sharing the joy of music with a broader audience.
